Kuranda Dog and Cat BedsReviews of kuranda.com

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by Christian. He responded to my voicemail promptly & followed up as promised to correct my error. Thank you so much 😊

Dog trainer recommended. I now own 2 - 1 for home and 1 for travel.

I have 5 Bernese and three of them love laying on their Kuranda Beds. They are well built and last forever

Caroline was patient with me and had to input my order from scratch since I misunderstood how the ordering of the shorter legs was supposed to go. I had a great experience contacting Kuranda customer service. Thanks!

Charles was the great! Excellent customer service! Very pleasant person to interact with. All questions and concerns addressed promptly.

We bought this bed to keep our Nini off the cold floor. She took to it immediately and now cuddles in it. It was easy to put together after reading the instructions. We also saw a video on putting it together on YouTube.

Kuranda makes a great product and their beds are the only ones we use in our dog boarding facilities. I probably own around 200 of them in various sizes. We've never had an issue with them. They responded appropriately with a remedy to a recent incomplete shipment. However, as we were on the threshold of a busy holiday weekend, a lack of urgency in delivering those missing parts was disappointing.

A well made product… quality material, and easy to assemble…
