I ordered 12 cans of hair spray on August 25 and today is October 8 and I still have not received my order. I sent over 10 emails to this company any no one has contacted me back to let me know where my order is but they sure did take my money from my credit card in August. I placed an order on 5/12 for a blow dryer and received an email receipt, but it did not list the item purchased, only a generic payment receipt showing the amount charged. The company's website stated an estimated shipping time of 7 days, but I received no updates regarding my order. On 5/29, after hearing nothing, I emailed customer service. I was told that most orders ship within 3–10 business days, though processing can take up to 10–15 business days due to high order volume. They also stated that my order was scheduled to ship that day or the next day, and then later indicated it would ship at the beginning of the following week. Based on those representations, I should have received my order by approximately 6/8 at the latest. When I followed up again on 6/19 to request an update, I received no response at all. At this point, I still have not received my order or any shipping confirmation. Unfortunately, I wish I had read other customer reviews before placing my order. Due to the lack of communication, missed shipping estimates, and failure to respond to follow-up inquiries, I have now been forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I placed an order with this company on April 5th and have yet to receive my order, I emailed them twice, the first time they responded but the second time they did not, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, they are a fraud and I'm not alone

Agree with the other reviewers. Nothing but excuses. Shady business that should be shut down! Had to file a claim with my bank also for a refund. Scammers!

When will you send me my products or my money back? Since October I bought some gels from you and till now (January 21) I haven't received anything, oh. I emailed you, nada. Please, people don’t buy from this company. They are stealing people’s money.

I ordered 12 jars of nadanola skin cream totaling 102& . After waiting 3 weeks I contacted them was told they had to relocate and I should get my order in 7 to 10 business days . Waited 3 weeks finally requested a refund . They said it should be posted in 5 business days. Never received refund. When I call the same man answered and said they already refunded the money and the system can’t refund twice. This was in sep 2025. It is now Jan 2026 . This is a scam . Don’t trust them

Am still waiting for an order that I placed on November 30th. Have emailed them multiple times and when they do respond, it's like another reviewer said...many excuses about having to move warehouses, etc... They sent me tracking info for USPS dated 12/26/25 and now, 10 days later, the tracking info still says "USPS is awaiting receipt of the item". Can't seem to get an answer from them as to where my order is. RUN, DON'T WALK, in the opposite direction from this company. I certainly wish I would've read the reviews BEFORE I placed an order with them.
