They reached out to me because I was purchasing something incompatible with my range hood. They quickly refunded and sent me a link for correct product and quickly answered my questions. Still need to install range hood, but my experience with K STAR was great!

Quick and very good response

We’ve had our hood for only 3 years and the lights started flashing then would go off for several minutes then back on for several minutes. Customer service generally are not helpful and don’t seem to know their product or are willing to help. I would not recommend this product or this company.

Love our stovetop vent hood. Easy process to order new vent filters. Was impressed to receive a customer service call to verify I wanted two sets of filters as they are sold as a pair. Yes I ordered two. Happy to have the new filters in place. Would be nice for recommendations on cleaning them as it’s tricky to remove the grease.

I have this kitchen range hood for almost 10 years and one of the lights just started blinking one day and was impossible to find were I live. I found the exact product needed in K-Star store. Very efficient service. A rep called to say that I had incorrectly entered store-pickup. He then set up mail delivery. Got the filters two days later.
