The website won't let me pay for an order. I guess they don't want my business. No response to questions, and no instructions on how to pay.

Mark provided exceptional customer service. Having managed a customer service center for a bank, I set the bar pretty high for service. Mark was very professional, accommodating, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. I wish all of my customer experiences were as pleasant.

What a great company with great customer service representatives!! I am in awe!! My original order had been delayed so the customer service rep sent another shipment. I received that order within a few days, just like she said I would. Then I received the original order today. I notified Krosiny that I had received a second purse and had not paid for it. The customer service rep told me to keep the second purse as their gift to me!! No charge!! I have never had this type of service before. My head is still spinning (in a good way 😃). Also, the quality of the purse is excellent! Very pretty, just like the picture, and very well made. I will be a life long customer of Krosiny, without a doubt!! Thank you Mark and Krosiny!! Fast shipping! Got my purse in the mail it’s a good quality! I thought it would have been a little bigger, i asked for a refund and received one. The company let me keep the purse as well! Great customer service!

I ordered a purse from this company.I waited and waited .I got in touch with customer service who couldn’t track the tracking.Immediately I was refunded my money.Customer Service is wonderful.Well today the purse did show up.I contacted them again to see what I needed to do since I already purchased a new purse.They said it was a gift from them.No Worries.Not to send it back.Now that’s a Great Company.I would order again.
