Unfortunately, my recent experiences in service stations is stale doughnuts. I really think they need to take their doughnuts out of service stations. It’s really letting the company down.

First of all, when did a half dozen doughnuts go up to $15?! I ordered 3 original glazed cream filled and 3 regular glazed. One of the cream filled had no cream at all in it and the other two just had one little drop of cream. If they are going to be so expensive, they should be done right, I think. This was at the Gastonia, NC store. I will not be bothering with KK anymore!

Never been a fan of ai and never will. Do the board of this company seriously think it's a good idea to replace the people? Horrible idea by horrible people. Never buying from here again lol

this place is horrible poor leadership bad communication bullying i have been working here 3 years perfect attendance i have reported to my lsm multiple times that a younger driver keeps trying to bully and attack me my lsm keeps ignoring the issue he keeps assigning this guy to ride with me i feel like im being bullied and forced to resign im not the only one

I went to the location in Dalton, Georgia today and I had to take a short video of it. One of the employees was handling fresh donuts with his bare hands, handing them 1 by 1 to an employee that WAS wearing gloves. He never tried reaching for gloves at any time this was unsanitary and downright nasty. I changed my mind about purchasing anything. As I was leaving, he stepped out to smoke. I will NEVER visit this restaurant again and I posted the video on Facebook for all to see. This is ridiculous! How could he even think this was okay? And the manager was there, several feet away and never said a word to him. I'll be posting the video on other social media sites as well because this is unacceptable!!!

Disappointed in their collaboration with JK Rowling and Harry Potter. Clearly shows where their values are in supporting the degradation of transgender and women's' rights. Will not purchase these going forward, though have in the past.

Gotta give Krispy Kreme 1 star due to the fact they are stopping there partnership with McDonald’s. Sorry Krispy Kreme I won’t be going to your shops or gas station to by your doughnuts in the morning. 0/10 due to this.

My one star is entirely due to the app. I have had $19 on the app and for the last 4-5 months, KK has not been able to process the payment from the phone. At times I get a survey receipt (filled out it is good for a free dozen if you purchase one dozen). On the survey I have make it known of this problem. Survey say would you like KK call you and I say yes. They never do. I get donuts for our local Fire and Police Departments once a week, so I'll continue with KK. Cheaper than Dunkin Donuts. Other than hoping someone from corporate will respond here I don't have much hope to use the $19 on the app.
