I bought the scooter for my 18-month-old baby back then... now with two years old that is the means of transport for his school, we lost an essential piece so I contacted KRIDDO's direct mail and the attention has been almost immediate in less than 24 hours a super good attention that transmits peace and kindness, they have solved my problem and I recommend it 10/10

This was for our grandson & he loves it! Easy assembly! Durable! We added a bell. The Kriddo company was very responsive when our package had a defective component! Mailed within the same day of contacting them.

Really great quality toddler bike and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! We lost a part and their customer Service team was so kind and responsive and sent me a replacement part. Highly recommend this toddler bike and company!!

Solidly built product! I had a problem with one pice so called customer service - got the BEST service I have EVER experienced - listened to my problem (bad part), responded quickly with new part and SUPER friendly attitude!!!
