Mr. David Krebbs is a professional! He articulated the details of the sales, accommodated my requests during the transaction while coordinating the closing within a few weeks. His communications via email and phone were reliable and expeditious. After years of trying to sell our property, David made it happen.

I sold a Florida lot to the Krebs, David and Tori. I had a brief and pleasant experience. From the day I mailed the initial agreement to the day of closing it took just 2 weeks to complete. They are very nice and helpful, answering all questions quickly. Good company to do business with. I would recommend them.

I was 100% impressed on how quick this company handled the transaction. Everything was explained to me over the phone and not in a email. Smooth exchange of deed and proposal. I would do business with them in the future in a heartbeat. Thank you again Jonn

Krebs Realty offered to buy a lot that I owned in Florida. They were very easy to deal with in that they were exceptionally communicative. They answered any questions I had either by phone or email. If there were a delay, they notified me by email. I am happy to recommend them. Gail Thein
