I would give less than one star if I could. It does nothing.

My experience was frustrating from start to finish. The ordering process seemed straightforward, but things became disappointing once I realized the product/service did not match what I expected based on the information provided. Communication was inconsistent, and getting answers to simple questions took much longer than it should have. I was particularly disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding timelines and expectations. When issues arose, I contacted customer support hoping for a quick resolution, but the responses I received were either delayed or did not fully address my concerns. This left me feeling like my feedback was not being taken seriously. For the amount of time and money involved, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer care. A smoother support experience, clearer communication, and better follow-through would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, my overall experience was negative, and I would be hesitant to use this company again based on what I experienced.

I was the recipient of the giveaway of a real golden toilet seat. Not only does the product not work, they could not even fulfill the giveaway. After horrible communication with the company, the second toilet seat arrived today. Another fake yellow gold. If you would like a better toilet paper and tissue, I recommend using who gives a crap. Unlike krazy Klean it produces good bamboo toilet paper and tissue. Along with other products.

This is a WORTHLESS product. Do NOT waste your money! I cleaned my four toilet bowls COMPLETELY, using a pumice stone and a razor blade to completely scrape away any mineral buildup in the toilet bowls, dropped in the Krazy Klean like instructed, and the mineral ri is returned within three weeks. I had to clean the toilets all the time. The Customer Service Rep says he wants to see photos! He says that the tank itself needs to be cleaned with a pumice stone. This is a WORTHLESS, LYING COMPANY! Do NOT order this product!!!

I was so excited to try this so I bought the 4-pack, but I'm still scrubbing my toilets, perhaps even more than before. Very disappointed to have spent over $100 on this. Even my brand-new toilet is now developing a ring that doesn't come off with scrubbing, even with the Krazy Klean.

I bought 3 of these for my 3 bathrooms with high hopes as they are not cheap. I struggle with "rings" of buildup around the top of the bowl water line. These things never worked to prevent them. I don't know if it is because I have well water, but my filtration system is 4 stages, removes sulfur with H202, has a softener, and I just got the tap water tested and it was pretty solid, good enough to drink and probably better than tap water, though somewhat high in TDS (~370) with the majority being sodium from the softener. Anyways, I am always concerned with putting chemicals into my wastewater as I do not want to adversely impact my septic system and drainfield. I do not recommend these.

How are these people allowed to stay in business. They are scamming people like me. I bought two over two months ago and I am constantly cleaning my toilets as they are dirtier than before. They also say the customer has to pay to return the items and don't respond to complaints.
