This is garbage.... hardwater stains back in no time... waste of money...

I bought 2 of these for my gym bathrooms. Even though they are used 10x more often than a household toilet I would imagine they would work for at least a little while. Was not expecting 10 years like they claim, but I was expecting months at least. After one week, even thought I scrubbed those toilets aggressively to make them as clean as possible, there were already rings and stains. Absolutely a garbage product that does not work! Don’t spend the money or be fooled by the 10 year guarantee!

Eh, they KIND OF work. I've had them in for about 3.5 wks and I've only had to clean the toilets once, which is an improvement. I heard back from KK and they say the process is being slowed by the scale inside the tank(s). SO I am revising this review up to 3 stars. And now they get a one star. Why? The toilets are still needing cleaning weekly, just as before. There is not a pink ring at the water line, but they are still streaky, etc. The CSR at KK has been making excuse after excuse, with the current one being "Oh, that's your water. Not our fault." So, ONE STAR. DO NOT waste your money on these things. The company does not refund when asked, they just give excuses.

SCAM. DID NOT RECEIVE PRODUCT ORDERED IN JULY 05 ITS NOW AUGUST MID AUGUST. NOTHING BUT LIES DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Purchased this product several weeks ago, the first one they said got lost at UPS. The second one they supposedly sent by USPS has not moved since they made the label. Seems like they just don't want to ship the product, I just want my money back now. Not a way to run a business. Customer service was nice but that's about all I can say for this company.
