Works somewhat well with two different units
I ordered the Krazy Klean Pro 10-year toilet bowl cleaner several months ago but it doesn’t work. Before I started using it I thoroughly cleaned my toilet bowl as instructed and within a few weeks my toilet bowl started turning a pink colour, then a disgusting black mold like residue built up around the water line. I contacted their customer service and they kindly sent me a pumice stone free of charge to clean my toilet bowl. I scrubbed with the pumice stone and once again a few weeks later the pink coloured residue is back. I was told before purchasing it that if it doesn’t work I will get my money back. I contacted them again and I was told if I sent it back I would receive a refund. However, I live in Canada and I was instructed to return it to a Florida address which would cost far more than what I paid for the product. I was totally scammed. I’ll be reviewing this product all over the internet to make sure no one else has the same terrible experience I had with these scam artists. 😡 UPDATE: After several complaints they gave me a partial refund… better than nothing I guess. UPDATE: 03/07/2025 They sent me some sort of a booster unit free of charge and it works better than before but I still have to clean my toilet bowl as stains keep appearing.
