This product doesn’t work at all. They advertise that you never have to scrub your toilets again. After a week my toilet was just as dirty as before and after a month the hard water ring formed again and I had to use a pumice stone to get it off. Such a scam!

This product is crap!! It does not take off rust, minerals stains etc. It has been sitting in my toilet tank for a few months and I still have to scrub!! Absolute waste of money!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Krazy Klean is a scam. I purchased the 2 pack for each of toilets, cleaned them thoroughly and dropped them in. 10 days later it looked like I hadn't cleaned them in a week. False claims, horrible product, not effective. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Purchased 2 cleaners for my toilets and they do not work.. Still cleaning with cleaner and brush. Total waste of money. I should have known they were not legitimate since they ask they be returned in the original packaging that you only learn when trying to return. Since most people are trusting, good way to have a reason to not refund money. These are not cheap either. I have asked for a refund and if they are legit, I should hear something back from them. If not then they really don't want happy customers as stated. This will be a test if they will refund, without original packaging.

This product, Krazy Klean DOES NOT WORK and the company that sells and guarantees it doesn't honor their guarantee, nor do they respond to inquires Well they finally got back to us and we were informed that we would need to replace our toilets to make it work properly as the bowls and the tank still contained the chemicals/ minerals that are causing the problems. YEP THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY

I bought this product for yellow rings in my toilet. It was clean when I put in the Krazy Klean and a months later the rings are back. I email customer support and just got excuses like it’s stains and the product is doing its job but you have high minerals in your water. Well on the web sight it says you will need a booster which they provide but no one would say that , Just excuses. Very poor customer service. They need to put a but after their claim that it stays clean for 10 years because it doesn’t .!!!

First of all, I’m not sure why this page is listed under “Carpet Cleaners United?”this page is clearly for Krazy Klean. maybe it’s just sloppy, or maybe it’s another deceptive strategy to avoid accountability?? That said, do NOT waste your money. Krazy Klean is incredibly misleading, and in my experience, a total scam!! they claim you’ll “never have to scrub your toilet again” and that their product is “self cleaning” and lasts 10 years lol, but none of that was true. I followed their instructions, gave it time, and my toilet looked exactly the same. It did nothing. I tried to return it under their so called “90 day risk-free trial,” and was ignored. I’ve since seen HUNDREDS of other reviews from people with the same experience, promised refunds, then ghosted or gaslit. Even the technology behind the product is a joke. Magnetic water treatment has been thoroughly debunked and labeled fraudulent, yet this company continues to profit off it while misleading customers. I’ve filed a PayPal dispute, submitted complaints, and documented everything: from screenshots of their misleading ads to their silence after I reached out. If you’re thinking of buying this product, don’t fall for the hype. It’s a useless gimmick sold by a company that doesn’t stand behind its claims or care about doing right by customers. Avoid.

The product does not do what it claims, I bought the three pack for my three toilets and they made no difference at all, further research shows the very limited effectiveness of using magnets to purify water. It’s pseudo science at its best. Magnets are always a popular choice for these kinds of schemes. From free energy to toilet cleaning, it’s bunk. All these consist of are two magnets placed in a plastic shell- that’s it.
