Kramer answered the phone right away, addressed ALL of our MANY questions and were very respectful of us. The on line process was very simple and we received an immediate response after the process was complete. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

Communication was exceptional every step of the way, especially since we lived in another state. Josh and the team were compassionate and incredibly helpful.

Kramer eases their clients, like me, through a difficult time, guiding and helping with all of the details for your loved one that has passed or even planning for a loved ones passing that may be on the horizon. I rated them with the highest rating and now see why others in reviews have done the same.

The online process was very straight forward… no strong arming for upsales. I had to call a couple of times, and everyone I spoke with was very kind and helpful. They kept me aware of every step of the process.

At a time when making end of life plans was the last thing I wanted to do. Kramer Cremation made the process as easy as it could be. The online process was very easy to follow, and the follow-up email and text messages to give updates was wonderful. Overall I was very pleased with the process.
