Kramer has always had great customer service, their website is user friendly and easy to use and go through the process in a timely manner and with respect to our loved one.

It was easy to and affordable to use Kramer Cremation. They picked up on my first call to them on a Holiday Weekend Saturday afternoon. They are very kind and understanding, listened very well to our circumstance, and answered all of my questions completely and in one phone call. Their web site is easy and convenient to use.

The simplified way for making arrangements made it easy for someone who was never been through this. The amount of service for the cost and the communication through the process takes much of the worry out of a very distressing time.

Everyone has been very polite. Gave the information and pricing right in the app. No pressure to upgrade or buy more. Takes a while to get the urn back, but this is very recent so not sure it will be as long as they say.
