Kramer made this process easy and efficient. One is going through a very difficult time, and working with Kramer was a true blessing. Everything went perfectly, you always have someone to call with questions, someone will always pick up. We felt care, respect and just as we wanted it.

The communication with every step in this stressful process was so helpful. Even when I made a mistake and put the wrong cremation location on the paperwork. Kramer stepped in and handled the correction.
