Everyone was so kind and went beyond my expectations!! When we drop my Peter off and a young lady came out and apologized for coming in . I welcomed her in asked for help she helped with us with Peter . She closed his bag and took him to the freezer. Even customers service was excellent helped me and walked me through the paperwork. I wish I could remember everyone name . I was So emotional and upset.

During a time of unexpected grief, Kramer was very easy to work with. Kramer's staff were very understanding, and the services were timely and efficient. I would recommend Kramer to anyone thinking about direct cremation following a loved ones death.

It was easy to make the arrangements online at a difficult time. Josh was fantastic to work with. Anytime I called, he was provided great customer service and answered all the questions I had. Very affordable and received updates al the way through the process. Didn't have to worry about missing a phone call. Highly recommend!!
