I think this is worst buying experience…
I think this is worst buying experience I've ever had, first I had to deposit my assets from Binance to METAMASK then converting my assets to ETH even thought the site said you can pay with USDT via ARBITRUM network, even If I had enough USDT when you try to pay it said "you don't have enough ETH", then after walking through the pain of converting my assets to ETH, Finally I Successfully paid for my item, then the unbelievable happened, when I click to withdraw my item to my steam inventory an error message appears saying "Error withdrawing to Steam. Something went wrong with withdrawing asset. Try again.", and then I was done. I don't know if I will be able to withdraw my item now and I can't find any support to contact

Hey Anessrhm, really sorry that you had this experience, definitely not how we want your first interaction with Krakatoa to go. ETH is required to pay the gas of the Arbitrum blockchain. We will work to make that more known throughout our guides. For the error with withdrawing your item, we went down for a small maintenance period and seems like you were sadly transacting during that time. We have everything resolved now relating to this. If you want to contact us at [email protected], dm on twitter at krakatoa_gg, or join or discord https://discord.gg/5nFQwEAZ we will be able to ensure you get your item and offer some form of compensation.
