Very easy to work with, and very professional. The KYC was all done via a sumsub link (no manual review and nor wait time), any other basic docs were easily filled out online, and my coin was sent to me very quickly after I sent payment. I get nervous not using escrow but I felt they were trustworthy and real (not always a given in this space) and was proven right. Would recommend.
