Jim D D.
Very poor communication and no response from requests about return credit being way less than expected.

Jim, I'm not seeing any orders under your name but if you reach out to us directly we will take care of you. Our phone lines are open 7 days a week, or email us and we typically reply in less than 24 hours. I'm sorry for the poor experience and if you did buy from us, we will take care of you.

What a nightmare!! 1 star is way too much credit for this company!! I ordered an item online 1/22/12 and received it 1/27/12. When I opened up the packaging, I was very disappointed to see that the "Brand New" item I had ordered was not "Brand New" at all. Item was not only used, but defective as well. I wrote the company an email the same day and even included pictures of the item. They issued a call tag and the item was picked up 1/31/12. To this date (3/2/12) I have not received a refund or replacement item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! POOR QUALITY+POOR SERVICE+POOR COMMUNICATION+SENDING USED ITEMS AS NEW=BUSINESS FAIL!!! F-
