I dealt with this company through One Click Rank, while the charges on my credit card appeared under KPL Tech Solution / KPLTECHSOLUTION. For a period of time, I had a legitimate business relationship with them and was paying approximately $300 per month for SEO and marketing services. Then the billing pattern suddenly changed. Beginning in May 2026, I started seeing repeated $300 charges that I did not authorize and am currently disputing as fraud with my credit-card company. Instead of one normal monthly charge, there were multiple $300 charges in the same month, including two separate $300 charges on the exact same day. In total, I am disputing 11 additional $300 transactions totaling $3,300. At the same time, their service and communication deteriorated badly. My main contact disappeared for a period of time. I later received an email saying he had been dealing with a medical emergency and was back. During that same general period, Google Business Profile posting stopped, communication became inconsistent, and I repeatedly emailed asking what was happening with my account. I have emails showing that I was asking why posts had stopped, why messages were going unanswered, whether they were still servicing my account, and whether I needed to move my business to another company. The company also acknowledged in writing that they had experienced a “technical issue” and that the matter had been sent to their accounts department. I was then told in writing that an amount was supposed to be refunded. Despite that, additional $300 charges continued afterward. I eventually had to resume handling Google Business Profile posting myself. This is not simply a complaint about poor service. I am disputing the actual transactions. The historical billing pattern was approximately one $300 charge per month. Then it suddenly changed to repeated $300 charges only days apart, sometimes multiple charges within the same month and even two on the same day. I have retained my credit-card statements, emails, screenshots, and other documentation supporting what happened. My bank dispute involving the 11 additional $300 charges totaling $3,300 is currently being reviewed. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise any small-business owner considering KPL Tech Solution or One Click Rank to monitor every credit-card transaction carefully, keep copies of all communications, and make sure the exact billing authorization is documented in writing. I deeply regret trusting this company with my business and would never use them again.

They promised I could cancel at any time, yet when I did send the email to cancel after 7 months of giving them a try, they said they never received the email. They then proceeded to bill me 6 more times over the next month all while ghosting me, not responding to my calls, texts or emails. When my Credit Card company got rid of the fraudulent charges, they then started billing me on that credit card 3 times in a 1 week time frame even though they had not provided any services for the prior two months! They can NOT be Trusted!!!!

If you need something technical done- use them. All they do is connect you with an india person that takes orders, but never does anything to grow. They have no clue what they are doing. I spent thousands with them for zero new sales produced. Do not Hire this company.

My experience with KPL Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. was not what I expected. Communication and access to my website were ongoing challenges, and support did not meet my needs. I would advise others to ensure they have full control and clear agreements in place before moving forward.

There is a documented disconnect between performance metrics and promotions. Advancement opportunities are consistently awarded based on "personal proximity" to leadership rather than professional output or leadership capability.

Company send regularly unsolicited emails, even we ask multiple times not to do so. the emails do NOT have an "unsubscribe", so they are against the law. This goes on for some years now.

I got an unsolicited email from these folks asking me about SEO. I responded with a brief list of our needs. I set up a meeting, and the person I spoke with was explaining how "broken" my site was and how this affected functionality, response time, etc. Turns out, they had the wrong site. "Call you back in 10 minuets" now, someone else is on with me, telling me the exact same thing, very scripted. The more questions I asked, the more BS I heard. None of my questions were answered; I was simply talked over and eventually jumped up on. This company is nothing but a group of scammers from India. They try and throw some nonsensical buzzwords around, but the reality is they have NO clue what they are doing. They just want your money. Stay as far away from these scammers as you can.

Spammers Several times And ask why they need to spam hide in shame. When asked to remove me from their database they do not reply! Looks like they do not even read email!
