Terrible customer service and disappointing product quality. The company refuses to accept my return simply because the T-shirt is supposedly part of a limited-edition collection, even though this restriction was nowhere stated on their website or in their terms and conditions. Their responses feel misleading, and they seem more interested in avoiding refunds than helping customers. The quality is disappointing too, the fabric makes you sweat very easily. Definitely not worth the hassle or the money. I would not recommend this company.

awful business practise. lieing about stock, sale expiry etc. they ay they have their own stock but it seems to just be dropshipping. shite, 3 weeks and no clothes yet too....

Please do me a favor and stay far far away from using this company. I've had the worst experience dealing with this company versus any other company in the past. I basically bought two products from them and the pictures that they had showing the product were completely different than the product that I had received. After reaching out via email being in the 30-day window which I had reached out the day I opened the package asking to return for a refund they responded back with why. I gave them my answer and they literally ghosted in email after 10 emails were sent to get a follow-up. To this day they will not respond . You have been warned!

Yet another scam. Ordered shoes May 17th its now almost July and the customer service rep tells me the item will be shipped every Tuesday. Bottom feeders.

Its been over 3 weeks and I havent gotten any update, or email back about my order, seems like it might not be legit.

I placed an order over a month ago, no delivery, no real updates, nothing. What they do send you is a so-called tracking link that’s completely useless. It doesn’t track anything meaningful and feels like it exists purely to buy them time and keep customers quiet. At this point, it’s hard not to question whether this is even a real fulfillment operation or just a front to take payments and disappear behind fake updates. No product. No accountability. No customer support worth mentioning. Straight up SCAM! UPDATE: If this was actually shipped, you would have provided: – A real courier (DHL, Aramex, etc.) – Proper tracking with scans – A delivery timeline None of that was ever provided. Just a fake tracking page with no real proof. I’m receiving other international deliveries without any issue. So this is not a UAE problem, it’s your order. Product not delivered. Refund not received. Simple. Sharing this for transparency so others can make an informed decision.

The reviews seem quite made up. Some reviews tell that order didn't arrive in a month. And the website looks kind of weird. Like: only 1 in stock 15 minutes untill discount expire. Seems pretty much a scam. Please check better where good reviews come from
