I really like the hoodies, i wish they made w Boksy Version

I’d say they do a pretty good job advertising their products. No exaggerations or overhyping, just showing how they look and how they work. I’ve gotten my hoodie about a week ago and I love it, and it even comes with instructions on how to maintain it properly to keep its quality. My main issue is the delivery time as it’s taken about a good 3 weeks, however I cannot fully blame them as I do not know how the business works nor do I know how they operate. If you are not able to track your order, you can directly dm them and they will send you the tracking link. Overall, pretty positive experience with the company, my only issue lies with time.

Although having problems with shipping at first, I have finally received the hoodie after 1 month. When the shipping problems occurred I thought I was getting scammed due to the unavailable Privacy Policy and fake countdown sale timer on their website. However I have now received their product and it is really a nice hoodie. The quality is good and it fits very well. It also looks just like the pictures. So if you don’t mind waiting for up to a month for a very cool looking hoodie I could recommend ordering from them. The support helped me figure out my shipping problems but it would have been nice not having to contact the support in the first place.

The shirt is great quality and does reflect as in the videos! Only issue I had was with shipping, came in about a week later than what it was supposed to.

High quality hoodie. Shines like the picture shows you! Size of the hoodie made sense (I took Large and it fits me like a glove). Although I would suggest to add faster shipping options! Over a month of waiting is a bit long. Would re-order again! Thanks Kovovy!

I eventually received my order, including a free T-shirt as an apology, and the items arrived as described. However, the experience leading up to delivery was disappointing. There was a long delay with little communication, and I only received a proper explanation after leaving a review. I was also asked to remove my review in order for the parcel to be sent, which didn’t sit right with me. That said, once contact was made, the issue was resolved, the order was sent via DHL, and the extra shirt was included as compensation. I appreciate the effort to fix the problem, but the overall process could have been handled much better with clearer communication from the start. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences.

honestly love the quality and I think the design on the shirt i got (dragon slayer) is really awesome. would buy again, just took a month to get here
