Particularly for people setting up these things for the first time, the Kota team has a knack for making onboarding and using the app incredibly easy. Their key differentiator is their team, who are so responsive, helpful, and knowledgable. They are all highly educated on the benefits space and are willing to offer personalised advice to help you make choices about the contributions you are making. They understand that customers care about where their money is going (and what they are getting for it) and they go far, far above and beyond to make sure you're getting bang for your buck. If you've interacted with insurance providers in the past, this experience will honestly be a real breath of fresh air. In addition to a seamless customer experience, the app is really well designed and easy to navigate. 10/10.

The app is very easy to use and you can choose a plan without effort. The webinars are excellent for learning more about health insurance and pensions in Ireland. The whole team is very responsive, helpful, and kind. I had a great call with Trevor, who explained more about upgrading my plan and addressed all my concerns. I can't recommend Kota enough!
