My first bad experience happened on 12/14/2022 I had an active order with a tight SL before FED interest rate decision in case I was wrong. When the news was released price gap against my position not activating my SL and closing my position at the margin call percentage. Also i was to state that my account at that time had gain of 195.61% from initial deposit. I can provide proof via myfxbook. I contacted KOT4X for an explanation as I have never experienced that before. They went on to explain that the reason for my SL not being activated was due to slippage. I checked other charts and server no gap on the charts. Straight price action movement which means my SL should have been activated at the specified price. My account then went into margin call and before I know my position closed with a huge lose. I have a video explaining all of it which I i haven't decided when to post it. Before that day I never had an issue with them everything was good, after that day things changed. Fast foward to today I logged in to my kot4x account to delete the old account and start fresh with a new one. When I deleted the old account I notice that in order for me to create a new one I needed to complete the KYC verification form. I submitted my DL and photo, only to receive a message "unfortunately, we couldn't verify your identity". I email support and while I was waiting for a reply from the email used their website chat feature. The individual in the chat feature told me that the verification was pending. All of a sudden I was logged off my account and an email had just arrived by kot4x. I tried loggin back in only to receive a "AUTH004" error. The email stated, "We regret to inform you that your verification will not be finalized. Kindly note that we shall not be proceeding with servicing your account, therefore it will now be suspended". No reason No explanation, they just stated that they can suspend the account at their discretion. I don't know what I have done im no criminal, nor laundering money. I follow all rules. Be careful if you have an account with them. Start with a small account build that account then withdraw your initial investment in case this broker decides to do something fraudulent. You will be trading with earn profit not your hard earn money. I couldnt recommend after this experience. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN.

They do process funds quickly and have many options as far as currency, commodity and index but the price chart is RIGGED. They artificially move the prices at the EXACT location so you get stopped out!! Be ware

Take my review how you soo choose. I read hundreds of review on this broker and watched alot of people bash them on YouTube. Honestly they have been great to me. I been with them since 2019. I've made small withdrawal, large withdrawal, and built a partnership with them. Me and everyone I recommend has soo far never had any issues. If there is any inconvenience with them it's that deposit and withdrawal are made by bitcoin. Again I'm no expert do with this as you like. But I suggest you give them a try.

Been trading with them for a year, deposited and withdrew big amounts with no problems, and the customer service is fast and great.. The bad reviews about technical issues are because of lack of experience of the "traders" nothing more.. i ve had no broker issues whatsoever, no sl hunts, no problems closing orders etc.. I tried a funded challenge and failed it but it was my fault..will update the review if there are problems in that area..

I passed their 50k challenge only for them to later deny me on not having consistent enough lot sizes, they aren’t even specific about it!! Furthermore, I complained about their position sizes being wrong, and they did nothing about it!! A 0.10 position size should be $1 , not $10!! They did nothing about it!! Go to FTMO!! This place is horrible!!

This company is definitely a scam. They manipulate their charts and prices to ensure they hit your stop loss. I’m not speaking on slippage that’s normal. I’m referring to wide variances in listed prices and strange wicks and activity that doesn’t match any other platforms or price action.

Shocking broker , I hedged my positions and had plenty equity in my account. I wasn’t margin called yet my position where all closed without my consent. That’s the last time I trade with Kot4x . The most untrustworthy broker I have come across and I recommend everyone stays away.
