KOSPET Smart WatchReviews of kospet.com

I ordered a Tank 4 watch and was supposed to get some for free. The package came quickly, but inside was a watch strap and a hat. My order wasn't there. And now I don't have any response from their service office. I do not recommend

i want to sue the kospet company as i had worst experince by buying kospet prime 2.0 few years ago and after some days of wearing the watch the camera stopped working and the charging also stopped i tried to buy spares for reparing this peice of scrap but i couldnt find them anywhere kospet company is a SCAM run by Theives who loots inocent people .SHAME FOR KOSPET

This company does not stand behind its products. After just one year, my watch stopped working completely. I contacted their support team, but instead of offering a repair or replacement under warranty, they have failed to provide any meaningful solution. They have also tried to blame the issue on improper use, which is simply not true. The watch was used as intended and cared for properly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend these watches. If something goes wrong, don't expect the company to honor its warranty or provide adequate customer support.

I was going to make a purchase of a Tank T4 Watch, Power Pack, Band and a extended care package. I called customer service to ask a couple of questions. The rep. could barely speak, didn't know anything about the product, the processes, the company, I asked for a manager and she hung up on me....I looked for another phone number to call and came upon the Trustpilot website and read a few reviews and that killed any possible future purchases....Another company hiding poor business execution on the Internet...Thank you Trustpilot for saving me a lot of time, money and grief...
