Good service I experienced, even after one and half year of purchase of a watch they send me new straps to me . My straps were broken after 1.5year of use and i asked to the company for that to purchase. But they send it to me free of cost and also paid the shipping from China to India. Thank u Kospet

New update Buyer beware After a year of giving me a runaround and after I posted bad reviews on their watches,Kospet decided to talk to me again. I held on to the non working watch for 6 months but after 6 months looking at a broken watch I decided to throw it in the garbage. Now a year later they say they can’t give me warranty because I threw it in the garbage.( my fault for throwing it in the garbage after 6 months of not talking to me). ( not sure how many years they require you to hold on to something without talking before you can dispose of it) As I said before their watches are unreliable and their warranty and support are nonexistent. This is the reply from Kospet. (We can return it for you. We need you to send the watch back to us, because we need to analyze the watch. But you threw it away, and we can't help you with the warranty. In order to make up for your loss, if you still want to buy our products or new products, we can give you a 50% discount and sell them to you at a 50% discount) I have a counter offer. The watch that I purchased cost me $82.59 US that stopped working after 2 weeks. I don’t want one like this that I think is unreliable, I want a 2024 original Kespet Tank T3 ultra which Kospet sells for $122.95 US .On Eli express this is a few dollars more but considering the trouble that they put me through I think that it was reasonable. They refused. They offered me a tank T2 but I refused. I would have gladly excepted it a year ago if they had talked to me. But a year later And knowing that the T2 only lasted two weeks and after I posted bad reviews they talk to me .I want the better one .now they stopped talking to me again. The Kospet way. WARRANTY is NONEXISTENT

I give 5 stars because I bought a smartwatch and I had a question and from the technical service they treated me wonderfully and very quickly answering the questions. I am very happy and satisfied with it treatment received. The smartwatch is very good quality.

Bought 2 watches. Great value. Had problem with 1, would not read blood pressure. Got in touch with customer service. Could not have been more helpful and helped me update software and now working without issues. Don’t have to keep charging it as battery lasts. Only fiddly thing was calibrating the compass. Overall great value and a very happy customer!
