Our family and extended family have Kore 2.0 and it is excellent. What really stands out is the service, very quick response to the problem we had, full replacement from across the globe. Just excellent. Thank you Kore health support!

I did have to wait for my Kore watch, and when it arrived I had a problem paring it with my iPhone BUT, I had a prompt reply from ‘Sarah’, who must have done something remotely because suddenly my watch was working!!! And I haven’t looked back since.

I was bought a Kore 2.0 as a gift. Functions on the app did not work as intended and the divce would continously freeze when I tried to update the watch firmware. I tried to use the steps on the website to fix this (unpaired the device, reinstalled the app), unfortunately I now can't connect the watch to the app at all, and the watch is stuck on the QR screen. I've attempted to contact the company twice about both of the issues above, and been stuck in an endless loop of generic emails. In one case, after weeks of generic emails they sent me two different emails from two different agents asking me to let them know if I still needed help, I responded to one saying yes and then they just cancelled my ticket. The customer service is absolutely shocking, and I now have a completly useless device. Do not buy from this company.

I was never able to charge the first smart watch I ordered, so I was shipped a replacement one at no charge. Exceptional customer service!

I ordered 2 KoreHealth 2.0 watches to replace the original ones we had. The shipment was sent by USPS which proceeded to lose my watches so that I never received them. The support team and KoreHealth determined the order was lost and offered to sent a replacement order at no cost. The individual that I was communicating with was very professional, tiimely and knowledgeable. Other than having to wait months for my watches, USPS's fault, not KoreHealth, my experience with KoreHealth, its staff and its products has been outstanding. I am trusting that my new watches will be even better than the original ones I now have.

I ordered 2 watches on Jan 15. My credit card was charged immediately. I have received no watches to date, and have received no word from the company.

Kore 2.0 Watch Purchased as a present for me on 11 December 2021. Now two months on and during a firmware update the screen on the watch froze along with the app showing 36%. Having unpaired the watch, it will not pair , not charge and screen on watch remains blank. I have sent two contact forms asking for support but no response. I have no faith in this product or company. Avoid at all costs! For Monique .. order number 2117276627 Update: Having corresponded via email with a number of Customer Support persons such as Monique, Keeshia, Gaia and others I am no further forward. Still being unable to access the device, I was asked to carry out a reset. There seems to be an inability to understand that the device does not work. Too many people dealing with my problem to have an effective resolve. Wish I had read the reviews before purchase was made. Update: After many emails sent to the so called Customer Care team with some really nonsensical responses, they still fail to recognise that my device is defective and unable to gain access to perform a reset. I have asked for a refund twice with the generic response of confirming the order date and hope I am enjoying the purchase. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they do not care about the customer!

My recent ordered had to be cancelled due to shipping times. The issue was at my end. I received immediate attention and options to try and fulfil my order, unfortunately I had to still go ahead and cancel my order. My refund was sent to me within 48 hours. Very professional and customer orientated company.
