I lost weight quickly in the first month. It has slowed way down since. I like it because I can eat foods that I like. I am not giving up!

I live alone.
I live alone and I wasted almond milk and heavy cream because I only used a small amount in recipes. I finally found small cans, etc which helped. Maybe this could be be mentioned. If it was then sorry I missed it. I only joined for 4 weeks but I did enjoy most of the meals and am still making them.

KonsciousKeto is a great resource for losing unwanted weight (fat). I looked at a few keto diets and yours was top of line, in fact yours was very straightforward, your recipes are very good, and easy to follow. There was just something missing. But l am not sure what that might be. Maybe more information on keto or having more then one plan, like having a traditional plan or a gluten free plan. KonsciousKeto is the number one that l would return in the near future. Thank - You And all the staff were excellent. Questions were answered fast and to the point, everyone was very helpful and kind . Well done KonsciousKeto, l will return soon. Thanks again .

Great taste
Great taste. Helps with weight loss. I would give it 5 stars if you received a 30 day supply and not 15. Very expensive. I always feel like I’ve been cheated out of 15 days of product.

I really do love keto plan but I'm starting to get tired of eating eggs,lol. All my meals are very delicious. Although I can't eat chia seeds, I've learned to substitute different meals for the ones that I can't eat. But I do enjoy All my meals and lifestyle

I signed up only for the first 28 days. I loved the weekly recipes - the choices worked and the four weeks of recipes gave me a really good idea of what is keto and what isn't. The best part is that almost all the recipes were really good! My husband was drooling over some of my dinner plates. I liked reading the dessert recipes, but I discovered that most of them triggered my sugar and chocolate cravings, so I'm only using PB keto cookies.

The plan is easy to follow.
The plan is easy to follow and any questions I have get answered quickly. There is quite the investment, however, in ingredients for Keto cooking. These Keto friendly products are expensive. I was shocked at that. Many items I couldn’t find in various grocery stores so ended up ordering online.

Have been enjoying all the great recipes. Have found I have more energy, and easily get my 10000 steps a day. So far I am down 24pounds and will keep at it. It’s my new way of life! Thank you!
