After reviewing our system, we found that the charge you noticed was not an automatic charge. A new order was placed through our website on November 17, 2024, which is why you were billed. Before this, the most recent order in our records was from April 2023. We kindly suggest checking with members of your household to see if anyone may have placed the order. That said, we are pleased to confirm that we have fully refunded this purchase. Depending on your financial institution, the refund should appear in your account within 3–7 business days.
