This program helped me lose 22 pounds in the first 6 weeks, however, my second go around, I received the same menu from the previous weeks, so no new options to use. I bought the keto activate… that for me….didn’t work. I also bought the banana shake mix which is delicious and a helpful and filling option for a meal.

I found it expensive as I am on a fixed income. Recipes are good though. I just could not continue as a permanent life style change

The products are good. I have bought and used several of them. My main complaint is that they send too many emails. I have ordered and received some items and for the next few days get emails selling the same product.

A lot of the recipes are absolutely delicious, but the ingredients are very expensive. Also, it would be great to have someone to check in with and ask questions, etc.

don't like the Keto.

When I started I was in the process of purchasing everything on grocery list. Next thing I know I am receiving emails for choosing my next meal content. It’s like catch up game. I don’t know why you don’t give shopping list and guide of products you will want stocked in pantry. Sooo frustrating to continually chase the eating plan. Makes it harder to focus

Too many ads for products. Most don’t work and are extremely expensive. Waste of money!

I haven’t really followed the program so can’t give an honest review
