This has not just been a diet for me…
This has not just been a diet for me it's become a way of life. I'm down 35 lbs with 15 more to go. It was the best decision I made to start on Konscious Keto.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this program
LOVE LOVE LOVE this program Best and easiest meals to prepare. Everything that I've made has been fabulous (even my boyfriend loves the meals and he doesn't follow the program and he even came down 2 pants sizes) . I've lost 23lbs so far and only have 4lbs to get to my goal but I will never stop eating this way.

Great product great taste!
Both the Supreme Greens and Keto activate are fantastic. I use both of them daily which I feel is really helping with my new way of eating!

Love all of the products I have used…
Love all of the products I have used from Konscious Keto. I use the Chocolate Shake, the Keto Activate, Supreme Greens and Metobolic Energizer. The Activate is great if I have had a day off of Keto to help me get back to ketosis. the Chocolate shake is great, I use that as breakfast most mornings. The Supreme Greens is great tasting(Apple Pie, crazy but true) on days I need to help my gut or I have been bad on getting enough veggies in my diet. And last but not least, I take Metobolic Energizer daily and I just feel good. I have seen a difference in my moods, energy, and of course the weight loss. I have a long journey, but at least I have some help to keep me on course.

Great recipes and great support
Following the meal plan made it easy to understand Keto and know what and what not to eat....I have lost over 35 pounds in just over 4 months and still use the recipes...the support staff is also very responsive and helpful.
