I luv this program simple easy to follow recipes and love the fact that they have you weekly meals all planned out for you. I have used many in the past but this one is A+ in my book. I started the diet June 2020. I like the meals that they sent. The tips they send usually requires you to buy their products, which are expensive. However, I have found that whatever product they push, comes at a time when the diet stalls and the energizer, activate, shakes, and greens help you back into losing. If I am not losing, I usually go back to the first weeks menues which seems like they are designed to give you a running start. I cook all the time, and because I have been home to do so, I do not know how Keto will look once I go back to dining out. It is difficult, but you really need to think of two or three dinners that are Keto Konscious, and stick to that when dining out.
