Keto has been an inspiration to loosing weight, any I have put on and took off again was of my own doing. The encouraging e-mails are a reminder I'm not a number. I would encourage anyone wanting to loose and Not be hungry to start right away. The shakes have been helpful in traveling and quick out the door.

This program is amazing. The recipes are easy to do and keep you focused as the variety is very diverse! I strongly recommend this program and have every intention to continue this program for many months if not a year and have no doubt that this has taught me how to properly and successfully live a Keto life. The other huge benefit of KetoKonscious is the responsiveness of the providers. I ask a question or ask for help and within an hour or so they respond! Amazing. I feel so supported!! I recommend this program 100%! And have referred it to many friends of which some have registered. Thank you KetoKonscious. Oh PS. I have lost 19 lbs in just over 2 months and I am very confidant that it is sustainable for life due to my new life habits.

It has been working great. I am not hungry and have no cravings. Is easy to stick with it.. I do cheat once in awhile—- usually with Mexican food. So hard to resist chips and salsa.

The best keto recipes I've tried so far, also love the meal plan. I'm losing weight...slow but steady. My Budget is tight right now but perhaps one day I will purchase the plan again.
