This diet really works. If you don't care for certain foods, their are so many other options. Also once you sign up you are not forgotten. They keep you up to date with successful ways to make Keto work for you.

KonsciousKeto gives everything I need. It includes a weekly meal plan for three healthy meals a day plus snack based on the foods you like, recipes, and shopping list for the week. I like the accountability of checking in online each week and the charts for keeping up with progress. This is a plan that I can live with and enjoy. I have lost 15 pounds. Peggy

Konscious Keto is my GAME CHANGER
Konscious Keto has changed my life and how I eat! I love that I don't have to be hungry or starve myself. I love to be able to still eat my favorite foods by substituting or staying within my carb count. I love that I have more energy and can physically do more. When I get hungry, now I am always prepared to eat the right food and not the first sugary or carb filled fix. Most of all, I can feel the change on the inside, I'm happier! I also see the change on the outside and I am loving the shrinking me! WOOHOO

I've been following recipes for about 7…Loving it!
I've been following recipes for about 7 weeks now. I'm loving the food and recipes that you provide me with. I have a hectic schedule as a nurse. So, the quick recipes are a blessing. After several weeks, I generally do not prepare the evening meals as, I get home so late. My family and friends have enjoy some of the extra treats and left over meals. All who have tasted enjoyed your recipes, and with great surprise, they enjoy :) Thank you, for sharing and telling me what to eat LOL One less decision to make each day!!

EASY AND TASTY RECIPES
I found the 4 weeks of recipes and shopping lists invaluable. The meal preparation was so quick and easy. I loved the program because I didn't have to rack my brain about what to cook for dinner each night. There were only a few recipes I didn't try because I didn't think I would like it.
