I very much appreciated that everyday I had a recipe to follow or choose one I liked. Once I obtained common ingredients on the shipping list, it was a no brainer to follow the diet for three months. As promised, my sugar and carb craving ceased, I achieved my 10lb goal and my glucose levels went down. Most of the recipes were very tasty, so I selected my favorites. There were so many to choose from, it never felt like I was dieting. My only concern was the use of so many eggs and it’s effect on my cholesterol levels, so I’m having it checked soon. Thank you too for making my 3months of meals still accessible. It helps stay on the right track. Again, many thanks for a well designed program.
