Recipes are great. I’ve been stressed. I’ve been to my Doctor for bronchitis. I was put on steroids for a week. They make most people hungry or thirsty. (Of course that’s me) I lost 1lb. Yay I look at as progress. I love the recipes. I live alone and don’t always cook. I know what I can eat when I go for takeout. Going on vacation so this a big help! Thank you Keto Konscious.

KonsciousKeto really helped me to make the changes my body needed. Before KonsciousKeto my metabolism was extremely low/non-existent. I barely ate more than one meal a day and I was still gaining weight. How could that be I thought. That's when I watched a video from KonsciousKeto with similar stories. The phrase 'starvation mode' seemed overwhelming accurate. After just three days I noticed I was hungry in the morning, which my first meal was usually around 2:00 P.M. I also started sleeping better. So with this program I am eating more, sleeping more, and losing weight- How Incredible!! I love that the program took the foods that I love and made so many new recipes that are delicious. It also retrained me on portion control. I'm not where I want to be weight wise yet, but KonsciousKeto has put me in the right direction. Thank you!! Sincerely, Denise Lukas

I like the variety of meals on the plan. Some combinations I would have never tried if not for the plan. You will lose weight if you work the plan and I see this as a lifelong lifestyle change.
