I joined Committed Coaches when I hit another plateau. Like so many times before that, I was ready to give up and just be big. When everything you try doesn’t work it’s really hard to stay motivated. That was a little over 1 year ago. And then I found Committed Coaches. Now I have a better mindset, better sleep, better diet (against everything the “normal” medical community tells you). I’m down in the 200s, which I never would have dreamed of at my heaviest with 430lbs. If you’re thinking about joining - take that first big step of many and give it a try. You will not regret it. The coaches are great and the camaraderie with the other participants is even better. If I can do it, you can too!

Konscious Keto Coaching is THE best program I've ever found! Having spent most of my career as a nutrition professor, I look for programs that offer nutritious, practical and doable approaches to health and weight loss. And...the structure and support you need, especially when you're struggling or needing extra help working through a plateau or other challenge. After suffering a serious auto accident 4 years ago and multiple surgeries later, I found my once very active lifestyle came screeching to a halt, and with it, unwanted weight gain! Other programs offered pre-packaged foods that tasted horrible or unrealistic plans that not only aren't sustainable but actually unhealthy. Konscious Keto Coaching offers a lifestyle plan with healthy eating and healthy habits to get you moving again at whatever fitness level you're at and at a pace that's comfortable for you as an individual. We're all unique and bring different issues and challenges with us to our journey for improved health, and the program is individualized to cater to each person's needs or desires. I've personally seen other clients share stories of great weight loss success and/or improved, toned bodies losing inches of extra fat from all over their bodies, no matter their age. Some clients are in wheelchairs and at the older end of the age spectrum while others are trying to lose baby fat from their first child. And the best part is the fabulous community of Coaches, each offering weekly coaching calls on all sorts of topics to address whatever need we may be facing. The sincerity, and deep caring from all the coaches is like nothing I've ever experienced before! They are truly caring and dedicated, and bring passion to every aspect of the program ! The product DOES what is supposed to do [unlike other companies that don't follolw through]. I have been using EMMA for a few years and I will NEVER go back to using anything else!

When I began my Emma experiment, I was hoping for a good outcome. I learned about their miraculous work from a friend who praised the successful relief she experienced using the products. As I started the process of relieving my serious discomfort from “stuck” eliminations, I began to experience relief after a few days and then more relief after weeks until I almost used up my order. You will find the best recipes available. This is all mapped out for you and it makes this journey incredibly easy. Your coach will review your menu each day and make suggestions if needed. Eating the correct combination of foods at the right time of the day and the weight WILL come off. Like Coach Lindsey says on her workout videos, just showing up is a WIN!
