Hi Ann, Thank you for your honest feedback! We're humbled that you loved the meals so much! Sometimes just a little tweaking here, and there can make a big difference in the amount of inches or pounds lost. I found that a great way to boost my ketosis was to get more daily steps in, and reduce my sugar alcohol intake. It's hard to say what works for each individual, but sometimes finding a couple little tricks can really kick things into gear!
