I very highly recommend Anthony at KombDev Computer Support. Anthony is very honest, very knowledgeable, thorough and answers all of your questions. He did a great job on retrieving our data.

Technician arrived on time; personable, and identified and repaired WI-FI CONNECTION. PRINTING CAPABILITY REVIVED, CONTINUING AND EVIDENCED BY NUMBER COPIES PRINTED AND FREQUENCY. MAYBE A SLIGHT EXPENSIVE.

I lost my ability to send emails, and couldn't get tech support from a human on the phone. So, I found KombDev on the web as a computer repair place close by. Anthony, the operator, was able to see me same day. He fixed my problem and repaired my computer speakers in just a few days. Only negative was he did not give me an estimate first. I thought the bill was too high, but he gave me a healthy discount.

After I explained how important it was for me to get my work laptop back quickly, Anthony went above and beyond, working on his own time to make sure the computer repair was completed as soon as possible. He also communicated with me every step of the way and provided daily updates, which made the entire repair process stress-free. Unlike other computer repair and IT support experiences I’ve had, Anthony never tried to upsell me on unnecessary upgrades or services. He was honest and straightforward about the problem, explained what needed to be done, and assured me he could fix the laptop within my budget.
