I am so satisfied about this massage chair, it has completely exceeded all my expectations. I paid attention to it for a long time and finally decided to buy it and have a try because they offer 30 days free returns. After experience it, I can firmly say that this is the right decision!

Best investment ever! OMG I was always wanting a massage chair and saw this pop up in an ad and decided that it was finally time for me to do this for my own Christmas present. I'm so glad that I did. I use it every single day before going to bed and think I actually sleep better. I love it! Highly recommend. And the team at Kollecktiv was great too. Couldn't be happier. Don't wait...

This chair is a game-changer, and you won't be disappointed. I've even ditched the massage chairs at my local gym in favor of this one. I hope it continues to serve me well for years to come as it's helping this aging guy stay active and healthy.

This massage chair is absolutely outstanding! After extensive research on various massage chairs, I ultimately chose the OS-Monarch due to the specific features my family needed, and it lived up to our expectations. It's like having a personal masseuse right at home! Assembling it was a breeze thanks to clear instructions on YouTube. The only real challenge was moving the main part since it's quite heavy. Just a tip, measure the doors it needs to pass through to ensure you have enough clearance before attempting to move it. You'll definitely want at least two people to handle the main part. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this purchase, and I wholeheartedly recommend the Kollecktiv.

I must commend the seller for offering top-notch customer support. The chair is fantastic and comes with an array of features for its price. With a USB port, Bluetooth speakers, and a variety of programs, including yoga stretches, it's an absolute steal.

The chair was exceptionally well-packaged. It arrived in three boxes, all meticulously shrink-wrapped and secured to a pallet. Ample styrofoam and cardboard protected the chair during transit. The only hiccup was that the trucking company didn't bring a lift gate, so I had to reroute them to a friend's shop with a forklift and then transport it home on my trailer. A minor inconvenience, and it's not the manufacturer's fault.
