Freedom Diagnostics is not ISO 17025 accredited and that's what they claim that their 3rd party has as a certification. Also, I looked up the COA on Freedom. It shows "Blank Peptides" as the as the client and on the COA listed under the peptide they have the client changed to "Koi Peptides" and they changed the image. This is a counterfeit COA.

Barcode on vial for COA doesn’t work and the peptide vial has moisture in it. So 100 percent has bacteria growing. Very disappointing, will definitely not use. Not to mention customer service line doesn’t work.

I placed order #18670 ($211.82 processed via TagadaPay) for a Founding Membership. Due to a checkout auto-fill issue, the order processed under an secondary email. I immediately contacted support with complete documentation—including transaction receipts, order numbers, and email details—to sync the membership flag and order history to my primary account. Over the past 4 days, I have been locked in a loop of automated, generic boilerplate replies asking for information I already provided multiple times. Even after escalating to the research / support at koipeptides.com emails listed on their site, basic administrative account syncing remains undone. Koi Peptides operates with unlinked headless checkout setups (TagadaPay) and support channels that stall customers rather than resolve simple account fixes. If you are considering purchasing a membership or research compounds, be aware of their complete lack of basic administrative support once funds are captured. Save yourself the head-shaking delay and source elsewhere. UPDATE: I posted on Reddit peptides / peptidesources as well where, you guessed it, they are actively down voting the review. No one else would care to do that. They think we don't see. :)

This organization is a clown show. In 40yrs I have never had a worse experience. They are either using AI for "customer service" or the same clowns that poorly package their peptides. Let me pause to say the shipping was fast. That's the only good thing. The vial arrived hot wrapped in bubble wrap with absolutely nothing else. The website said the lot number would be on the bottle but there was nothing but a QR code. Here's where it gets truly awful. The QR code led me to a COA that stated the vial was supposed to have 20mg in it but instead it had over 33mg. When I emailed to ask about the discrepancy they said don't worry about it, it's 20mg. I cannot conduct my research when I don't have a COA that matches my vial. How can I know this vial is safe, how can I know exactly how much and what is inside? I asked for the correct COA and they sent me one with 20mg on it but the picture and description of the vial did not match, wrong color. While this is going on I loaded up a syringe and found that there was no vacuum seal on the vial. When I reply and tell them the color doesn't match all of a sudden two other people start emailing me. One gives me a COA for 10mg, and the other tells me a bunch of nonsense about how it's perfectly fine to have 60% more and normal in fact. None of this adds up so I didn't inject, and I asked for a refund. They continued to play games in their senseless emails and I had to ask for a refund 6 times to get them to conceed. Then finally they told me they would send me a package to put the vial in to ship back adding yet another layer of difficulty to this nightmare. I cannot say this loud enough. Do not waste your money at this circus. They have zero quality control and somehow even less customer service.

We're sorry — this fell short, and your criticism is fair. Certificate of analysis documentation should match each vial exactly, and lot identification should be clearly printed on the label. It wasn't, and receiving conflicting answers from multiple people made it worse. We've since moved to standardised alphanumeric lot numbering with lot-specific COAs, and we've consolidated support so one person owns a case start to finish. Your refund has been approved; no return is required please keep or dispose of the vial as you see fit. If you'd like to discuss directly, please email at [email protected] and it will come to me personally.
