Disappointed
After contact to fix the issues it still was incorrect I gave up asking them to fix it and realized I just lost out on money and a design. I’m now stuck with no logo for my new business. I’m in the process of trying to find another designer that can actually create something unique and make it useful for me. I will not be using this company anymore. This is heartbreaking because they had some really nice designs but the actual file didn’t and design had issues once it came.

Hey Cocoa, Thank you for the honesty here. We understand the confusion here, however, let me take a quick second to explain why this happened. This user said her printer prints everything except our logo, and she refused to send or doesn't know her printer model making it impossible to know why she can't print her logo. We double check all files sent to you and resend them, and also the quality of the work. This review may be misleading and not true to the situations. Thanks for understanding.
