I tried this program because the program I had been using previously did not show appointments on my Apple Calendar, only Google & Outlook. I tried it and fell in love with it for the better ease of use and reliability. I can't even recommend any improvements. I only need it in the fall of the year for a couple of months for some annual church leader appointments so I upgrade to Premium on a monthly charge in Sept & Oct and then revert back to the free version for the next 10 months. So in 2027 I'll turn the Premium Upgrade back on in Sept. I need the Premium to allow 15-minute appointments rather than the standard 30-minute appointments available with the free version.

It works really well for my needs. Simple but effective and syncs perfectly with Google Calendar - unlike Google's own scheduler, ironically!

Je suis un professionnel qui aime travailler avec des outils sérieux et Koalendar est LA solution que j'attendais pour me libérer de Calendly. À noter également : le support de Koalendar est consciencieux (Matthew). Je conseille -vivement- à tous les utilisateurs de Calendly de migrer vers Koalendar. J'ai personnellement choisi le plan "Pro". NB : j’apprécie la possibilité qu'offre Koalendar, si on le souhaite, de rediriger vers Stripe Hosted Checkout pour le paiement, c'est très efficace. Vraiment... TRÈS efficace et rassurant pour les clients.

I used Koalender to conduct interviews and this was very convenient for both the hosts and the participants to choose their time slots. Along with that it has many other features that I am not yet aware about but I would definitely recommend Koalender.
