You had canceled my order and refunded my purchase however I never wanted the order to be canceled. I perceived that you thought my lenses would be too thick in the material I had requested but I knew that when I initially ordered them. Please do not allow a customer to order something that is not available. Thank you

I could not order the glasses I wanted because customer service said rimless frames don't come in progressive lenses. Then why advertise it????

They contacted me quickly when I did an incorrect order for progressive sunglasses and help make a quick exchange of glasses. I like that they mail/ship to a mail box. Would like to see a better selection but for the price it is a good selection. I am excited to get my second pair of progressives from Koalaeye.com!

KoalaEye offers excellent customer service and quality! When the frames I ordered were out of stock, they contacted me immediately and recommended other similar frames. I love my new frames and the lenses are perfect.
