Bought a dress whilst on holiday. Taken it home and it has a hole in it so must of been damaged when I bought it. Contacted customer service and they point blank refused to help. Will not purchase from them again.

Yesterday we purchased a dress for 50 euros at your Moraira branch and was charged 20 cents for a bag ? .....disgraceful. will never use a Koala bay store again.

I bought a pair of shoes in september in Benidorm. When i looked at the once home the back straps on both shoes were coming unstitched, i paid €15 to get them corrected, i emailed the company but did not have the curtasy to reply, will not buy from this company again I paid €40 for those shoes, im 64 & only work part time

I purchased some items when I was on holiday in Tenerife. As soon as I got back a week later, one of the bracelets broke. I messaged them and they were totally disinterested and didn't care about resolving my problem. Countless emails that they then stopped replying to. Such a shame as the clothes look lovely, but rubbish customer service.

Vergonzoso, etiquetan una prenda y luego me cobran 10 euros mas y cuando me quejo me dicen que es lo que hay.ni volvere ni recomendare esta tienda y marca,pienso que hay que ser mas serios y si te has equivocado lo asumes.

Why (intelligent) people don’t buy or should not buy from Koala Bay: - Deceptive advertising practices (Attracting gullible customers with -30% discount ads spread all over the store and shop window but actually not granting them and covering it with the small letters "applies only to selected items"). These advertisements create a false impression about the products, ADVERTISEMENTS MUST CLEARLY STATE WHICH ONES ARE ON SALE! - Misrepresented prices, products advertised at sale prices which turn out not to be is not an honest, correct way of doing business. - Store staff is arrogant and not commercially oriented (walk away during conversation).
