Still have not received my order

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago, it was supposed to be delivered Tuesday, never showed up. Still shows shipping delayed with no ETA. I emailed 2 days ago to see about support and received a default response. At this point I want my money back. I had heard great things about your brand and even opted in for the discounted mystery glasses so I could try out a few different types. I needed glasses by this weekend, that’s not going to happen. I’ve always been a Oakley guy and was Going to try this brand out. Guess that’s what I get for spending money with a no name brand…

I still don’t know where my order is and no one will get back to me.

I didn’t receive my package! I’m still waiting on any communication via email from knockaround.

Bad information on the website that led me to buy and immediately return the product. Ultra condescending customer service confirming their error but offering a refund “as a courtesy.” (I had already scheduled a return and been promised a refund.) Seems like a place that values the shareholder experience over the customer experience. Do better.

I will let you know when I get my package. I haven’t got them yet.
