These knives are so beautiful. They are very well made and have a great weight to them. They also cut extremely well. I plan to buy additional knives for gifts.

One of my knives, the handle is chipped. The knife is beautiful, but this chip at the bottom takes away from the overall beauty.

At first I thought “how good could a company with no phone number be?“ I was wrong. They have promptly answered all my emails about the knives and which ones would be best for our family’s kind of cooking style. Customer service has been above and beyond, like when they reached out to the mail carrier to find a lost knife and sent one out to me right away when the carrier failed. They also created a custom knife bundle. I decently going to get the steak knives as soon as I can find a safe way to store them

I bought an expensive bundle, recieved an initial shipping date in time for my friend’s birthday, and then only 2 of 5 pieces arrived. Now I’m told the rest are a “pre-order”. They took my money and don’t have the items I ordered??? Well, without asking, because of this review, they now canceled the rest of my order. This bundle was sent directly to a friend as gift for her 60th birthday. She received a partial gift and now they cancelled the rest, and expect me to ask her for what they sent to be returned. Sounds like they are likely over their heads. This is a bit insane. Update: This vendor continues to accuse me of not understanding their inability to deliver and how they represented. Preorder and wait months? Take the money now? Now I am stuck with one knife and a cutting board because I would never go to friend and take back a gift. They should have simply apologized and asked what I prefer to do next. As I said...Beware.

The knife I received was not in the least bit sharp. What is going on??

This knife is exactly what I was hoping for. Glides right through the vegetables or meat with such ease and has the perfect balance in my hand.
