I've been buying knives online for more than a decade and these guys are absolutely the best I've ever experienced. Same-day shipping? No, they do same-hour shipping. 3-day delivery in all 50 states? No, 2 days from Arkansas to Hong Kong (in the middle of the coronavirus crisis)! What more can I say? BTW, their knives are top-notch too. For example, Emerson's known for defects and imperfections, but mine came perfect in every way. Simply amazing! Oh, one more thing: while an Emerson knife these days might seem like an overpriced dinosaur built with outdated materials, hold one in hand and you'll know the hype's all real. Worth every dollar.
