The controller wasn't a genuine…
The controller wasn't a genuine controller. It was an off brand and had a bunch of lag. Unlike my genuine controllers

Broken glasses
Glasses poorly packed for shipment, one broken glass, notified through email with no response as of now.

UPDATE-The box came with a broken latch
The box came with a broken latch. The glasses are gorgeous, the cubes are soft and perfect and the box is pretty nice. However, it is a Christmas gift that I cannot give because the latch is broken. I cannot get anyone to get back to me from the company and if they don't I will be out what would otherwise the perfect, beautiful Christmas gift for someone special. Please post this, maybe they will THEN help me before it is too late! ***UPDATE*** They were alerted to the challenge and immediately sent me a new one!!! Thank you!!
