I understand that some Back Orders can occur. But over one week of Back Order for a basic necessity like gloves is too long to wait. There should be a way to cancel back orders online. That way can go elsewhere to get the supplies we need.

I ordered 2 pint sized shakers and 1 quart sized shaker. I received just the reverse. The products themselves are nice quality but just not exactly what I ordered.

When you checkout on line and choose to have an invoice you enter your P.O. number. However Kline never references that P.O. number on it's invoice which makes it hard to match up for payment.
