Hello Luiz, We would like to note that this matter has been resolved. The issue you note with regards to a lack of reply arose as your request was submitted prior to a weekend, and our billing team only operates on business days (e.g. Monday to Friday). The cancellation and refund review process can take between 3-5 business days for the process to complete internally, and a further 5-7 business days for the funds to be returned to your account depending on your financial institution. Please note, that under legislation, since the ads were created upon purchase, the 14 day cooling off period would not apply in this instace. However, given the nature of your experience, we have processed a refund equal to the unused funds on your account. We will review your comment that no notification was provided that the services you were purchasing were not provided by WiX. The purchase process includes a note at checkout stating the services will be provided by Sitewit Corp dba Kliken, however your feedback here is noted and will be included in our normal feedback review process for enhancements. Hi Galya, Our agents provided performance extracts of your campaign dashboard, of which has data obtained directly from Google. Your campaign did run, and in the 10 day period which it did, it generated over 1.5k impressions and had a click-thru-rate of 5.6%. Our agent did indeed incorrectly provide a reference to an October 2022 date which was not associated with your account, and appropriate actions have been taken internally to address this. You specifically asked our agent to provide a link to see the ads running on Google, which we are not able to do as it is not possible. Your ads will only show based on active search activity and the ad's bidding strategy for your keywords. Your keywords were available for review in your account dashboard. The details you input in your ad creation process are used in various combinations by Google to serve the most effective ads based on searches. There is no 'one' ad that we can direct you to because of this. Due to that fact that your campaign ran, it incurred costs from Google. As such, we are unable to offer a complete refund but we did offer and provide a refund of all unused ad campaign spend. Kind regards, Kliken

Hi Claire, We certainly appreciate your frustration here. Unfortunately the issue required significant input from our Development team given the nature of the sync issue which was occurring - as the issue is unique and driven by where the inventory is managed. We understand that the first potential fix presented did not resolve the issue, but are aware that our Customer Service Manager has been engaged and actively liaising with the Development team who have relayed that they believe they were able to resolve the issue (and who will be reaching out as it will require your support to reset some permissions). Please note, that any unused funds continue to reside on your campaign, regardless of the campaign status (unless you were to request a budget transfer or refund). Hi Fracois, I am unclear on what issue you are having with Kliken. Kliken doesn't control any access to any accounts, rather your Google and Microsoft accounts would control what Kliken can do. Please touch base with our support team at [email protected] to discuss further.
